1. Use of the Platform

1. You may use Solvox services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. You agree not to misuse the system, including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform functionality.

2. Customer Data & Responsibilities

1. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload or process through Solvox.
2. You must ensure your data does not violate privacy laws or contain harmful, illegal, or restricted content.
3. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers for AI-based communication where required by law.

3. Service Availability

1. Solvox aims to provide 24/7 uptime; however, occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
2. Solvox is not liable for interruptions caused by telecom providers, ISPs, third-party APIs, or external integrations.

4. Payments & Subscription

1. All paid plans, credits, and usage-based charges must be paid according to the billing cycle displayed on the dashboard.
2. Solvox may modify pricing with prior notice.
3. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Restrictions

1. Users may not impersonate individuals during calls or engage in misleading actions.
2. AI agents cannot be used for harassment, fraud, or illegal telemarketing.
3. No resale or redistribution of Solvox services is allowed without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All trademarks, software, platform features, and branding belong to Solvox.
2. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works of Solvox technologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solvox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

1. You may stop using the platform at any time.
2. Solvox may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

Solvox may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
